Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Lead Certified Medical Assistant to coordinate clinical flow and supervise medical assistant staff. You will ensure quality patient care by directing MA activities and supporting daily operations across the clinic.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
• 5 years experience in clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical flow and MA staff daily.
• Schedules MA and clerical staff to optimize patient service and workflow.
• Assists with training of MA staff and ensures testing procedures are performed.
• Maintains equipment and logs, ensures calibration and provides updates as needed.
• Contributes to department policy adherence and budget considerations.
