Job summary

Icertis is seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Cloud Operations to support the USGov CloudOps platform in Microsoft Azure Government. The role focuses on building secure cloud automation, IAM, and compliance, ensuring availability and resiliency for mission-critical SaaS services for U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud automation and internal tooling.
• Support 24x7 mission-critical production systems.
• Develop and manage DevOps pipelines and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, Azure DevOps).
• Troubleshoot Azure PaaS issues (C#/ASP.NET).
• Implement cloud security controls to meet federal compliance.
• Manage IAM, deployments, upgrades and change control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely public-sector outcomes.
• Support audits and compliance activities with documentation.
