Job summary

Capital One seeks Integration Engineers to join our team in McLean, VA, driving robust integration solutions across enterprise systems and cloud platforms. You will partner with software, data and infrastructure teams to ensure interoperability and performance, while mentoring others and promoting inclusion and agile practices.

You will design, develop, test, and support end-to-end integrations, lead complex demonstrations, and stay current with trends in APIs, cloud services, and integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations.
• At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies.
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions.
• Design and implement robust integration solutions connecting core enterprise systems like Salesforce and Google Cloud.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale integrations across multiple systems.
