You will mentor engineers, drive cloud modernization, and deliver scalable financial services applications while leveraging AI copilots and automated testing practices.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of software engineering with emphasis on .NET and C#.
• Strong SQL Server database design and optimization skills.
• Proven experience with Azure migration and cloud-native apps.
• Familiarity with AI copilots like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Experience in automated testing, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-enhanced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Architect and execute Azure migration strategies for legacy modernization.
• Build cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services (AKS, Cosmos DB, App Services, Functions).
• Operate in an AI-driven SDLC, translating stakeholder needs into specs with AI copilots.
• Collaborate with AI to iterate on user flows, interfaces, and architectures.
• Pair program with AI tools to write, refactor, and test code in real time.
• Write, test, and produce production-grade code in financial services environments.
• Implement intelligent testing frameworks that auto-generate tests and detect bugs.
• Review large code bases to identify opportunities and implement changes.
• Develop automated tests alongside code to ensure CI/CD and API testing readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote cloud engineering and AI-assisted practices.
