Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking a Principal Investigator to lead and oversee clinical studies at our California site. The role requires an active medical license in the state, GCP training, and strong leadership to ensure patient safety and data integrity.

You will collaborate with sponsors, study directors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation throughout the trial lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with active medical license in the state of practice.
• Certification/training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty for clinical trials.
• Medical licensure in the state where research is conducted.
• Completion of Velocity required trainings and SOPs.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall medical direction and review of protocols per ICH GCP and investigational plan.
• Ensure safety and well-being of study participants at the site.
• Maintain data integrity, credibility, and protocol adherence.
• Oversee Investigational Product management and site procedures.
• Assist clinical operations and sponsor client managers as needed.
• Monitor and report SAEs per guidelines.
• Coordinate with IRB and regulatory authorities.
