University of Louisville seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator V to lead enrollment, accrual, and coordination of multiple clinical trials in the Department of Surgical Oncology. You will work under Principal Investigators to ensure participant safety and study integrity, with collaboration across sponsors, monitors, and regulatory bodies.

The role requires ensuring compliance with UL IRB, FDA, and OHRP, and maintaining high-quality data collection, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two or more years of relevant research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate activation, implementation, enrollment, accrual, and maintenance of multiple research protocols.
• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with UL IRB, FDA, and OHRP requirements.
• Identify, recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants.
• Develop accurate source materials and ensure site staff compliance.
• Collect, document, and report data in accordance with SOPs and regulations.
• Interface with participants and study team to communicate requirements and consent.
• Maintain accountability logs and ensure quality control of study operations.
