Qualifications

• Cert Clinical Research Coord within 18 months of external hire.

Responsibilities

• Study Conduct/Clinical Research Practice: oversee complex multicenter trials and train staff.
• Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: coordinate regulatory activities, audits, and submissions.
• Recruitment/Enrollment/Retention: manage recruitment plans and track participant enrollment.
• Data Management: oversee data entry, CRF creation, and data quality.
• Advancement Reviewer: participate in advancement ladder reviews.
