Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a clinical research professional to support study design, approvals, and data management. You will promote lean processes and ensure safe patient care within the research program.

Responsibilities include leading study activities, coordinating visits, and maintaining regulatory compliance while collaborating with investigators and teams across departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical research experience or 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Master’s degree in a scientific or health-related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field.
• Familiarity with federal regulations for clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Develops, conducts, and facilitates research protocol at an expert level.
• Provides substantial support for investigators in writing study protocols.
• Leads participant screening, enrollment, study activities, and communication.
• Coordinates study visits and procedures, including specimen acquisition, transport, documentation, and shipment.
• Obtains informed consent by following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Schedules study-specific visits in conjunction with ancillary departments.
• Facilitates data management activities at an expert level.
• Leads education activities and quality initiatives to support research activities.
