Job summary

RDI - Your IVD CRO in Los Angeles seeks a hands-on Clinical Operations leader to own study delivery and build a scalable operating system. You will lead PMs, CTMs, and CRAs, turning protocols into executable plans while managing timelines, sites, samples, budgets, and client commitments.

You will drive proactive problem solving, direct client collaboration on complex programs, and foster a high-performing team culture in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• You have run clinical research yourself.
• Experience with CRO/sponsor/IVD settings is valuable.
• You own and build programs rather than inheriting a process.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical study delivery across RDI, including turning protocols into execution plans.
• Keep timelines, enrollment, sites, samples, budgets, risks, and client commitments under control.
• See problems before they become fire drills and reflect reality in status reports.
• Lead and develop PMs, CTMs, CRAs, and clinical staff.
• Coach, delegate, or directly perform work as needed to fix issues.
• Build systems that make accountability and study status obvious.
