Qualifications

• Licensure: valid California RN license; BLS required; CCRN/ACLS may be required per unit/specialty.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates care plans for assigned area.
• Conducts regular rounds to assess nursing care and adjust staffing.
• Gathers patient information to support nursing needs and physician consultation.
• Implements infection control, quality assurance, and coordination of care.
• Ensures compliance with state and national standards and policies.
