Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a Supervisor Clinical Laboratory to oversee day-to-day operations across Humboldt County labs.

The role combines leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight to ensure accurate, timely testing in a high-demand environment. You will support day shifts, mentor staff, and act in the absence of the Area Manager of Laboratory Services, promoting quality, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field required.
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (or equivalent national certs) required upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Technologist experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka laboratories in Humboldt County.
• Provide leadership oversight in the absence of the Area Manager of Laboratory Services.
