A biopharmaceutical company needs the support of a Lead Data Manager for a 6+ month renewable project. This is an organization that has a rapidly expanding pipeline primarily focused on oncology.

• Lead clinical data management activities for oncology clinical trials in a small, fast-paced biotech environment.
• Oversee data quality, database development, data review, reconciliation, and cleaning through database lock.
• Manage CROs and external vendors to ensure quality deliverables and study timelines are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and other clinical development stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on leadership and independently manage competing priorities in a lean organization.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and data management standards.
• Must have prior oncology clinical trial experience in a small biotech or pharmaceutical company.

Location- Remote, In the US (Must be available to work West Coast business hours (Pacific Time).)
