A leading arboricultural services provider in Denver is seeking a Climbing Arborist Crew Leader to direct crew members, execute tree care tasks, and ensure safety. Responsibilities include tree climbing, pruning, and mentoring crew members. Candidates should have a passion for the outdoors and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates.
• Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist®, ISA Certified Tree Worker®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional®.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS climbing systems.
• Lead a crew in providing arboricultural care for clients.
• Manage job site hazards and equipment.
• Prune, thin, and remove deadwood from tree canopies.
• Install cables, bracing and lightning protection systems.
• Remove hazardous trees.
• Mentor crew members through the Davey Career Program.
