Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is hiring general cleaners to maintain campus environments and exteriors. You will clean restrooms, break-rooms, dust, trash, sweep and mop, and assist with event setups and team coordination.

The role requires ability to work with others, follow supervisor instructions, and have reliable transportation. Some shifts involve hot working conditions and occasional intensive cleans.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning commercial facilities a plus.
• Able to work with other crew members.
• Listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.
• Ability to assist with Super Cleans (more intensive cleans from time to time)

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of various environments on campus including general office space and exteriors
• Cleaning restrooms, break-rooms, dusting and trash removal
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Setting up and tearing down events (tables and chairs)
• Team lead assisting fellow workers
