Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures at our Surprise location in Arizona. The Lead will coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and guiding staff, and provide supervision when the Manager is not present.

The role emphasizes maintaining established standards for clean and safe buildings, operating equipment and handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
