ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations, delegate daily tasks, and guide the team when the Manager is absent. The role focuses on maintaining clean and safe facilities for workers and customers, including operating equipment and handling cleaning chemicals.

The Lead will assist with general janitorial duties as needed and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across shifts.

Formación

• Experience in facilities cleaning and janitorial supervision preferred.
• Ability to delegate tasks, supervise staff, and maintain safety compliance.

• Lead daily operations and delegate job assignments to team members.

Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
