Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations meet policies and safety standards at our Ohio location.

You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to the team. The Shift Leader also supervises when the Manager is away and may operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.

This role supports general janitorial duties as needed and contributes to a clean, safe environment for workers and customers.
