Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 7+ years designing civil and structural systems for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Hands-on experience with foundations, tilt-up concrete, and PEMB.
• Deep knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC Steel Construction Manual, and IBC.
• Experience with geotechnical coordination and working with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own civil/structural design end-to-end: foundations, framing, site grading, drainage, anchorage.
• Stamp calculations and drawings as Engineer of Record.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve field issues and sign off when proven.
• Challenge cost and constructability while maintaining required standards.
