Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead civil site development projects in the Washington, DC area.

The role involves mentoring junior engineers, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensuring timely delivery of technical plans and designs. The ideal candidate has a PE license, 7+ years of civil site/land development experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 7+ years of civil site/land development engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
• Experience with Civil 3D preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Green Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of civil site development projects.
• Prepare site layout, grading, stormwater management, utility, and erosion & sediment control plans.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
