Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas (PE) preferred.
• Experience managing public works or utilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate public works programs and activities.
• Oversee design of public works and facilities within the capital program.
• Manage budget planning and grant administration for projects.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders on utilities and streets.
• Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents.
