Job summary

Citrix is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement Citrix solutions tailored to client requirements. You will engage with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend architectures, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with account teams during client engagements.

• Understanding Citrix and competitive technologies.
• Previous client-facing roles or consultative experience.

• Personal interest in cloud transformation and its impact on businesses.
• Broad understanding of DaaS/VDI, Secure Access Transformation, Enterprise Browser, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Enterprise Security, Observability.
• Familiarity with complementary cloud technologies and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills.
• Capable of understanding the business case and articulating the underlying technical solution.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications.
• Ability to work in and navigate complex matrixed organizations.
• Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Innovative, business minded, and design driven.
• Background/Experience working with Financial or Insurance Sectors are valuable, not required.

About This Team

The Citrix Solutions Architecture team is part of the Citrix business unit within Cloud Software Group. Citrix Solutions Architects provide expert guidance to an aligned set of customers, helping them leverage Citrix technology to create value. Travel is a required part of the role (up to 50%), and we offer a flexible work environment, allowing you to balance professional commitments with personal life.

Compensation

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

NYC generally ranges: $169,984-$254,976

CA generally ranges: $177,375-$266,063

All other locations fall under our General State range: $147,812-$221,718
