Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced CIP/COP CQV Lead to drive validation for CIP/COP systems across pharmaceutical and biotech projects in the U.S.

This role demands leadership, deep SME knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will independently lead CIP/COP nodes, ensure robust design, commissioning, qualification, and verification, and uphold FDA and GMP standards while guiding cross-functional teams toward project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 13-14+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in CIP/COP CQV systems.
• Knowledge of CIP/COP equipment, cleaning processes, system design, commissioning, qualification, and verification.
• Strong leadership with ability to provide technical direction and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CIP/COP node independently.
• Provide technical expertise in CIP and COP systems.
• Oversee cleaning processes and equipment.
