Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Process Development Engineer III to join the Preclinical Manufacturing & Process Development group, on-site in Tarrytown, NY. The role leverages chromatography-based separations to design and lead experiments and projects, while mentoring the PD group and collaborating with PMPD Senior Leadership.

The candidate will act as an authority in separation techniques, drive improvements, and contribute to the strategy across Regeneron’s pipelines and assay development.

Qualifications

• Industrial experience in protein purification.
• Ability to communicate complex messages clearly to multifaceted audiences and support proactive teamwork across the organization.
• Experience with specialized laboratory software and systems such as Empower, Unicorn, PI Historian, JMP, LIMS, Spotfire, RPES and ELN.

Responsibilities

• Act as an established authority in chromatography-based separation techniques and determine strategies for improvements.
• Lead technology development independently and onboard new technologies.
• Write and review complex technical documents typically reviewed by senior leadership.
• Mentor peers and PMPD personnel and collaborate across Regeneron and external groups.
