Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Coral Springs, FL is seeking a Licensed Lead Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role delivers high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, helping patients feel better every day.

You will perform adjustments, educate patients, and support membership activities in a five-day schedule including Saturdays. We offer base pay of $85k–$90k, a performance bonus, health insurance, a 401(k) plan and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities
