Early Learning Academies seeks passionate, qualified Lead Teachers to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of center experience and meet the EDU 119 and 12+ hours in ECE requirements, we welcome your application. A degree in ECE is preferred, but enthusiasm and dedication to shaping young minds matter most.

Pay range is $13.50–$17 USD per hour. We offer competitive pay, training, benefits, 401K with match, and a strong team culture with no nights or weekends.

What It Takes to Join Us
