The role requires current NMC registration, degree-level education, and evidence of CPD in your specialty, with strong leadership and teamwork skills to drive safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.

• Postgraduate expertise in area of practice and CPD evidence.

Responsibilities

• Triage referrals and assess clients using the Nursing Process.
• Lead clinical supervision of registered nurses and junior staff.
• Coordinate care transitions with internal and external stakeholders.
