• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings to recognize early issues.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
