Job summary

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Lead Certified Surgical First Assistant to support surgeons during complex procedures and lead the surgical technologists in the robotics program.

Under physician supervision, you will perform first assisting duties, coordinate the robotics initiative within surgical services, and drive quality outcomes for the patient. A CSFA credential and 1 year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• CSFA certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate degree required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Lead Certified Surgical First Assistant Clinical Robotics functions under the supervision of the surgeon during surgical procedures, providing assistance to optimize patient outcomes. This role encompasses first assisting duties, leadership responsibilities for surgical technologists, and coordination of the robotics program within surgical services.
