Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking an experienced Lead CRNA at our outpatient endoscopy center in Fremont/Seattle, WA. This CRNA-only model focuses on delivering high-quality GI care in a collaborative environment with predictable weekday hours.

The ideal candidate has a Master's or Doctorate in nurse anesthesia, valid CRNA licensure, ACLS, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Expect independent practice within a team of gastroenterologists and skilled staff.

As a CRNA With Gastro Health, You Will

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs
• Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
• Enjoy a CRNA-only model while being part of a cohesive, respectful, supportive team
• Experience a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and a reasonable daily case volume

• Mon-Fri - 4-day shift schedule - approximately 7AM-4PM - No call / No nights/ No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time competitive package: $270,000 base with $20,000 commencement bonus
• Lead stipend of $1,400/ month
• Frequent extra shift availability with premium pay
• Company-paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
