• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years laboratory experience.
• Experience with cell therapy manufacturing and aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of FDA/GLP/GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture autologous/allogeneic cell products per SOPs using aseptic technique.
• Perform QC testing and document processing records.
• Assist inspections and audits by regulatory agencies (FDA, etc.).
• Lead technology transfer and process development for cellular therapy.
• Train staff and maintain safety and quality systems.
• Lead preclinical assays and data analysis in collaboration with management.
