Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take cake orders at the bakery counter with a smile.
• Decorate cakes and bakery items, following designs and timelines.
• Prepare daily bakery orders for bakers and track production needs.
• Lead part-time staff and coordinate with the Bakery Manager on displays.
• Ensure proper sanitation and safe operation of tools and space.
• Set up wedding cakes on site and assist with delivery as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends and new decorating techniques.
• Assist with ordering supplies for the decorating area.
