Job summary

Reyes Holdings is hiring for a 1st Shift CDL-A Driver role in the United States. The position starts at 5am, with Tuesday–Friday schedules and home nightly deliveries, offering comprehensive benefits and 8 paid holidays.

Responsibilities include training new drivers, validating loads, and maintaining safety standards per ABC/DOT regulations. Equips you to build relationships with key accounts and support the delivery team when supervision is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Experience in touch freight and high-volume delivery operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Field Trainer, onboarding and coaching drivers for performance and safety.
• Ensure daily loads are accurate and compliant with ABC/DOT regulations.
• Cultivate relationships with key customer accounts to ensure service excellence.
• Provide frontline guidance and conflict resolution when the Supervisor is off-site.
• Lead safety culture through rigorous pre-trip inspections and safety protocols.
