Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust in Enfield is seeking a Senior CBT Therapist to provide highly specialised CBT and counselling within our Talking Therapies service. You will lead clinical supervision, support staff development and contribute to service delivery and KPI achievement.

The role requires BABCP accreditation, the ability to work autonomously within guidelines, and a commitment to hybrid working with on-site presence 2–3 days a week (including Wednesdays and Fridays until 5pm).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality CBT and counselling within NHS Talking Therapies.
• Ability to provide leadership and supervision to teams.
• Experience leading service development and quality improvement projects.
• Hybrid working and on-site presence as required (Weds/Fri until 17:00).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, specialised clinical supervision and expert psychological assessment within NHS Talking Therapies.
• Offer advice on psychological care to colleagues and work autonomously within guidelines.
• Lead on service development, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support senior management and day-to-day operations of the service.
