Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and Returns transactions, including at Self-Checkout areas.
• Provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervising and coaching Front End Associates.
• Expedite price checks, approve POS transactions and markdowns for various registers and services.
• Assist in training new cashiers and mentor others using available coaching tools.
