Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises all assigned Case Managers and performs a variety of specialized tasks in relation to cadets and their mentors.
• Performs career counseling and mentee training for cadets during the resident phase.
• Assists cadets in the Post-Residential phase through the Life Plan (Post-Residential Action Plan).
• Maintains a resident and post-resident caseload to accurately manage cadet case files.
• Provides extensive automated file management utilizing the Cadet Tracking System.
