Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in building construction trades with foreman level supervision.
• Must be 21 years old and able to obtain a Racing license.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings or oral instructions.
• Experience with installing counters, cabinets, doors, and trim.

Responsibilities

• Constructs and repairs structural work using blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions.
• Builds and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, and trim.
• Installs glass in windows, doors, and partitions.
• Performs preventive maintenance and general repairs to buildings.
• Requires precise measurement, design and assembly of construction tasks.
