Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Carpenter to perform structural and rough carpentry on diverse projects.

You will collaborate with other trades and superintendents to support timely project completion while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities include mentoring laborers, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining a clean site, and handling plastering, door installation, drywall, and finishing tasks.

Qualifications

Experience operating hand tools such as hammer drill, impact wrench, grinder and circular saw.
Forklift and scissor-lift certified or ability to obtain.
OSHA 30 certification or knowledge of construction safety practices.
Experience working with concrete is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Mentor laborers, providing explanations for understanding and on‑the‑job coaching as needed.
Provide direction and assistance to subcontractors, as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly job site and organize materials.
Assist with punch list items and small repairs to support project completion.
Perform carpentry duties including framing, installing doors/frames/hardware, drywall, finishing and related work.
Monitor safety and ensure subcontractors follow site rules and procedures.
