Job summary

Mosby Building Arts, Ltd. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a skilled carpenter to support the Production Team. You will perform residential remodeling tasks, assist the Lead Carpenter, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in exterior remodeling, own tools, transportation, and a strong focus on safety and communication. This is a full-time on-site role with a stable schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential remodeling.
• Experience with exterior remodeling including siding, windows, doors.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Own tools and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Carpenter with basic remodeling and carpentry tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Provide excellent communication to lead remodeler regarding the status of assigned tasks.
• Transport material between multiple jobs throughout the day as needed.
• Use basic mechanical ability and skills to operate specialty tools (planes, bits, chisels, handsaws, etc.)
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for growth.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness and adherence to safety procedures.
