Job summary

Suncoast is hiring a full-time Carpenter for on-site work in Denver, CO. The role focuses on installing custom outdoor structures such as patio covers, pergolas, and louvered roofs, with opportunities to advance into a Lead Carpenter position.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction or exterior installation, can lead a small crew, and are comfortable with hand and power tools. A valid driver\'s license and the ability to lift 75+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in construction, framing, or exterior installation.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cut, assemble, and install aluminum framing, louvers, and retractable screens.
• Lead projects, supervise a small crew, and install outdoor structures.
• Read and interpret project plans; measure and layout accurately.
• Perform basic electrical hookups for powered systems (training provided).
• Coordinate with project managers and sales on details.
• Maintain job site safety and organization.
• Occasionally assist with local trade shows or product displays.
