Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Foreman to supervise concrete form construction, alignment, and placement on major infrastructure projects in the United States. You will lead crews, ensure forms are correctly assembled, and coordinate activities to meet schedule and safety requirements.

The role requires basic education, 0–3 years of construction experience, and the ability to perform heavy physical work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

  • Reading ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers.
  • Ability to perform heavy physical activity and handle demanding daily tasks.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to work with forms and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
  • Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
  • May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
  • May install precast concrete elements.
  • Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
  • May install permanent metal deck forms.
  • May work with power tools.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
