Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform residential carpentry and remodeling work.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Manage jobsite workflow and coordinate with other trades.
