Job summary

Precision Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a working craft supervisor to oversee craft workers, coordinate with field engineering and other trades, and ensure projects meet drawings and specifications.

The role involves planning, supervising, and maintaining safety and quality standards on site. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to read formwork drawings and project documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in similar facility construction.
• Able to read formwork drawings and project documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises craft workers assigned to area of responsibility and liaises with trades and engineering.
• Assists in planning work schedule, manpower, materials and equipment needs.
• Monitors performance and productivity, ensuring safety and project rules.
• Advises senior management of potential problems and helps resolve them.
• Maintains a professional image and ensures compliance with company policies and quality standards.
