Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee carpentry work on residential additions, ADUs, and new building projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to guide daily work.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and crew members on job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to minimize waste and delays.
