BELFOR USA Group, Inc. in Windsor, CA seeks an Intermediate Carpenter to support residential, commercial, and industrial reconstruction projects.

You will supervise unskilled labor, train basic/intermediate team members, and help with containment, framing, roofing, insulation, and trim tasks, following BELFOR methods. The role requires readiness to work nights/weekends and travel periodically, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service while delivering high-quality repairs and rapid

Qualifications

• Supervision of unskilled labor and basic/intermediate BELFOR employees.
• Ability to train team members in all facets of job descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Recognize potential problems and escalate as needed.
• Train Carpenter Basic and Carpenter Intermediate staff.
• Answer questions and guide complex queries to resources.
• Construct containment for dust and contaminants.
• Build metal framed walls, acoustical ceilings, roofing repairs, cabinetry etc.
• Identify insulation types and R-values.
• Apply skills to trim, doors, insulation, framing, ceilings, and siding.
• Conduct safety inspections and uphold BELFOR standards.
• Meet project timelines; may travel and work nights/weekends.
