Job summary

Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction in Willamette Valley, OR is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to oversee residential and light commercial projects. You will lead crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the Field Manager to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of verifiable carpentry experience, a strong understanding of construction methods, and the ability to read blueprints.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Lead Carpenter to oversee and complete a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This role involves both leadership and production — you’ll work alongside your crew, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and communicate regularly with your Field Manager to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
