Job summary

Homestead Builders Group in Sonoma County is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to lead day-to-day execution of high-end residential remodeling projects. This is a working leadership role.

You will mentor carpenters, coordinate field operations, and help deliver projects that reflect craftsmanship. A minimum of 5+ years in residential remodeling is required, along with proficiency in rough and finish carpentry, reading plans, and problem-solving on site.

We're Hiring: Lead Carpenter

At Homestead Builders Group, we're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to lead the day-to-day execution of high-end residential remodeling projects throughout Sonoma County.

This is a working leadership role. You'll spend your days building exceptional work while coordinating field operations, mentoring carbenters, working alongside project management, and helping deliver projects that reflect a high standard of craftsmanship.

We're looking for someone who:

Compensation: $40-55/hour (DOE)
