Job description

Job Title: Account Executive at Masis Professional Group

The lead carpenter will be responsible for onsite, day-to-day construction labor, contributing to project management, and serving as the main contact for subcontractors and clients. Responsibilities include reading architectural and design plans, managing the construction schedule, and performing tasks from demo and framing to finish carpentry, while leading the team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee overall project production, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met in collaboration with the Production Manager.
2. Support construction efforts by interpreting design plans, providing feedback on materials and schedules, and resolving issues.
3. Review project documents to maintain scope and quality standards.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, labor, and equipment, and monitor their performance.
5. Collaborate with personnel and subcontractors to resolve problems and ensure high-quality construction.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $42.00/hr - $52.00/hr, plus monthly benefits including 401K, health, vision, and dental insurance.
• Generous PTO with 6 paid holidays.
