Provides technical supervision of personnel assigned to perform ultrasound studies specific to radiology, echocardiography, and/or vascular. Monitors workflow and all technical aspects of an ultrasound area to ensure smooth daily workflows. Monitors equipment issues, supplies, and participates in Quality Improvement Plan. Is competent to perform ultrasound studies pertinent to the lead role (radiology, echo, or vascular) for patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

• Experience:

• Three years experience as Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist preferred.
• Experience in a specialized, accredited cardiac lab preferred. Experience in vascular ultrasound preferred.

• Graduate of JRCERT approved program or 3 years of experience in an institution with a specialized cardiac diagnostic lab.

Licensures / Certifications
