Job summary

Main Line Health in Media, PA is seeking a Lead Cardiac Sonographer to supervise ultrasound staff and oversee studies in radiology, echocardiography and vascular imaging, across a wide patient population from neonates to geriatrics.

The role demands expert coordination of daily workflows, equipment and quality initiatives, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career development. A strong cardiac lab background is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist preferred.
• Experience in a specialized, accredited cardiac lab preferred.
• Experience in vascular ultrasound preferred.
• ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RCS certification required within 1 year of hire.
• Graduate of JRCERT approved program or 3 years of experience in an institution with a specialized cardiac diagnostic lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision of personnel performing ultrasound studies in radiology, echocardiography and/or vascular.
• Monitor workflow, equipment, supplies and participate in Quality Improvement Plan.
• Perform ultrasound studies across neonatal to geriatric patients as lead technologist.
• Ensure efficient daily operations of the ultrasound area.

Location: Media, PA (Riddle Hospital)

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Schedule - Includes on-call and weekend rotations

Compensation: $39.53 - $60.49/hr.

• Plus an additional $2.00/hr. Component of Pay on top of base rate!

This position includes a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
