Job summary

Covenant Health Plainview is seeking a Lead Echocardiograph Technologist to supervise and perform high-quality cardiovascular ultrasound studies across pediatric to adult patients. You will educate staff, coordinate technical duties, and support accreditation efforts to ensure staff competency and excellent patient care on site in Plainview, Texas.

The role requires certification such as ARDMS or CCI, BLS by the American Heart Association, and at least two years of echocardiography experience.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
• Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS) credential.
• Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years experience in Echocardiography.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in delivery of high quality cardio diagnostics care.
• Oversees and coordinates supervisory and technical duties to ensure staff competency.
• Educates staff on echocardiography technique for pediatric/adult echo, vascular and EKG.
• Ensures proficiency in performance of echocardiograms and maintains accreditation standards.
